ACRYLITE® cast colors are a cell cast sheet made to exacting standards. They offer excellent optical characteristics, light stability, and low internal stress levels for consistent performance.
Standard sheet sizes are 48″ x 96″, but other sizes may be available on request. Minimum quantities and scheduling time will apply for a custom run request.
Cast Colors are a special order. Thickness and sheet sizes are shown below. Minimums may apply.
• The figures given for light transmission are typical values that apply to all thicknesses.
• The material conforms to ISO 7823-1 and is largely UV-absorbing; partially UV-transmitting in some grades at smaller thicknesses.
• The color may vary slightly from batch to batch.
• The reverse side of translucent or opaque color sheet may be slightly different from the controlled service side, which is marked with the grade.
Batch Yield
• Special grades are made to order. The entire batch or a multiple thereof is delivered. Delivered
quantity may be more or less than ordered.
