Food Service

Plastics used in food service must pass rigorous testing by several organizations to determine its safe use in food environments. The cutting boards that we sell here have passed testing by the FDA ( Food & Drug Administration ) which is a regulatory agency of the U.S. government, responsible for determining how materials may be affected in contact with food products.

In addition these cutting boards also have been tested and certified from NSF International, ( The National Sanitation Foundation ) which is an independent, not-for-profit, neutral agency, serving government, industry, and consumers in achieving solutions to problems relating to public health and the environment. NSF Standards for equipment, products and services are developed with the active participation of public health and other regulatory officials, users and industry.

By obtaining the approval from both agencies you can be assured that these cutting boards are guaranteed safe for commercial food use and preparation.
